Jackie and her team of kind, respectful, knowledgeable, relatable, professional ladies are an absolute joy! They helped my mom while my dad was at Lakeshore Rehab Hospital. Each day for one week, a precious lady sat with my mom at the hospital, took her out for lunch, shopping, and whatever she wanted to see and do to get out of the hospital for a bit! They were courteous, patient, loving, and VERY trustworthy. They truly made our hard time easier knowing Mom was in good hands! Jackie's communication is timely and wonderful. She is a sweet gift to us and we will always be thankful for her and her amazing team! We love you Jackie!

Jackie stepped right in like an angel and helped my family while my dad was in a rehabilitation hospital recovering from a mild stroke. To be a stranger entering this kind of family crisis is daunting to say the least. But Jackie is a beautiful, strong, grounded and compassionate soul and helping people in situations like this is her passion! We had no idea what to expect and we were all amazed with the love, care, and over- and-beyond level of service Jackie offered. She really cares, and that makes all the difference in the world. Companion Care Transport did an awesome job getting my mom to several important doctor's appointments. Jackie and her team were wonderful. They were prompt, friendly, and had a keen eye for detail. They took care of my mom every step of the way. We will use them again.
